Hurry Up Baby, 'Cause We're Going Somewhere Tonight...

Hi guys!

So I have an outfit post for you today as well as bit of a rant. See there is a scandal in Hollywood that everyone is talking about and all up in arms over, and it really pisses me off. I don't want to get into it or say what I believe because it's entirely irrelevant. All I'm saying is that I'm incredibly annoyed with the way people are talking about this... and it's everywhere! I got so sick of it today at lunch that I even un-followed a few people on Twitter who keep talking about it. It's like every other post. It really irked me!
On another note, I stopped at Chapters yesterday and picked up my very own, brand spanking new copy of Wildwood Imperium! I was so excited when I cracked it open last night before bed, I could hardly breathe. I love new, amazingly good books. It's my favourite thing.

(PS. two things; Firstly, does anyone here watch 'The Originals'? I know that it's a teen show but I'm crazy about it. I used to watch 'The Vampire Diaries' and would frequently get bored with it. Yeah Damon's cute and all but... I dunno, maybe I'm just getting too old because I find both Klaus and Elijah ten times more attractive then anyone on 'TVD'. I also just love the family dynamic angle. No more sucky teen love triangle stuff. And secondly, I pre-ordered these bad boys today. Aren't they just the most beautiful and lovely things ever? I think so too.)

The Joy Of Gift Giving: Christmas 2013 - Pt.2

Hi there,

Who's ready for part two of my Christmas gift list. Today, I'll show you what I bought for my oldest little sister Willa. It's tough shopping for her this year as everything I get her has to be easily transported back to England where she's at university. I think I did well though. Spent half a fortune on her though! She's easy to spoil... let's face it all my siblings are easy to spoil.

In My Head You're Nineteen Going On Ninety-Nine...

Hi there,

Well it seems that the flu that was going around hasn't spared us afterall. I got home from work yesterday only to find Ben very sick. Feaver and throwing up. Terrible. To tell you the truth, I'm not really surprised. Ben's been on the go like crazy for the past month, I thought he was sick a few weeks ago but he wouldn't slow down and rest. I guess now he has no choice. I feel alright but then I hardly ever get sick, hopefully I continue to stay healthy, I hate being sick on Halloween. A few weeks ago, I went crazy with decorations at the Pottery Barn Kids halloween sale so I'll probably spend the weekend decorating the front of the house. This is the first year that we'll be getting trick or treaters, we used to live in an apartment building so we never got to hand out candy before. I've already got my costume figured out but I'm keeping it a surprise for now... what are you guys going as? Are any of you still young enough to trick or treat? Or is it a bowl of candy and a scary movie on the couch for you this year?
-Bea

(Ps. Below you'll see that I've begun my exciting week of Halloween outfits. Today I was inspired by the amazing Kenzo eye jeans. I saw them on Win Butler from Arcade Fire when they performed on SNL and I said, I must have those for Halloween.)
