Okay so, see? As promised I'm back again. This week has been such a change of pace. I've almost had nothing to do but relax. A few beach days and picnics with my amazing family, lunches with mom and some hard core cuddling with my husband who I dropped at the airport this morning. I can't believe that I'm not gonna see him for the rest of the summer. He's always been a worker and he's been away recording before of course, but this is different. It's gonna be his longest session. I'd be crushed if he wasn't so damn excited. It's all he's been talking about for the last couple weeks. Whatever, we'll skype and I'll call him... a lot. On Thursday we went to the engagement party for a couple of our friends in New York. They're getting married in August, so Ben'll miss the wedding but I'm going. It was a beautiful party, made me a little nostalgic for my own wedding which was two years ago on June 7th... man how time flies.
Dad took us all out on the boat yesterday which was such a blast. Oscar and Marley were grinning all day. It was beautiful. Tonight, dad is breaking out the old projector for movie night (if the weather holds up that is). So yeah, all in all, a good week. How was yours? Any excitement?

(Ps. Anyone else watching 'American Odyssey'? No? It's actually pretty good but then I'm a huge Anna Friel fan. Mom, Willa, Vikki and I all took a girls moment to watch 'A Little Chaos' which was soo good. I mean is wasn't "Great" or anything but we all had a really good time watching it and swooning over Matthias Schoenaerts... who is oddly gorgeous but I think it may be residual from his amazing turn in 'Suite Francaise' which broke my heart.)
